Hydra-Gear LLC Warranty Policy
Hydra-Gear LLC strives to deliver the highest quality parts and components. All units are tested before shipping, however, when something fails to meet your expectations, every effort will be made to correct it. Hydra-Gear LLC warrants all its re-manufactured and tested products to be free from defects in replacement parts and workmanship for a period of six months from date of installation, or one year from date of shipment from Hydra-Gear LLC.
Hydra-Gear LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to refunding the invoice price of the re-manufactured product or at its option, replacement of the defective units or parts. Freight charges to and from its facilities in Las Vegas, NV is non-refundable. Hydra-Gear LLC accepts no responsibility under this warranty for consequential or incidental damages, charges, losses or expenses (including but not limited to installation, labor charges, down time, lost earnings, etc) resulting from alleged or actual defects in its products, or failure of the product to operate satisfactory.
All products purchased as new or non-re-manufactured from Hydra-Gear LLC are limited to the warranty extended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
It is acknowledged that the determination whether a product sold or re-manufactured by Hydra-Gear LLC failed as a result of replacement parts or workmanship is the SOLE responsibility of Hydra-Gear LLC. Therefore, a disassemble of products purchased from Hydra-Gear LLC by the customer or his agents “VOID” this warranty entirely. Hydra-Gear LLC supplied products must be installed and operated according to original manufacture specifications. Otherwise, this warranty is null and void.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUISIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED.
All technical advice and recommendations are rendered by Hydra-Gear LLC without charge. They are based on technical data which Hydra-Gear LLC assumes no responsibility for results obtained, or for damages incurred as a result of reliance upon such advice, recommendations and services.
Should a problem occur during this period, please bring it to our attention immediately. Any unit to be considered for warranty coverage must be returned to our plant for inspection, freight prepaid. If it is determined that the unit is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge. If the unit cannot be replaced, you will receive full credit. Refer to the Return Authorization number (RA#) when returning the item, freight prepaid. This warranty does not cover units which have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than Hydra-Gear LLC nor failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or tampering, and does not cover any customer loss or expense resulting from the unit being out of operation. The unit must be operated according to the original manufacturer’s specifications: otherwise this warranty is null and void. Material that has been painted will be subject to an additional restocking charge.
If a non-defective, unused item must be returned, please notify our sales department within 10 days to receive a Returned Authorization number. All items must be returned freight prepaid with packing list retrenching the RA#. A credit memo will be issued for items returned less 25% restock charge.
All returns should be packaged to insure against damage during shipping. All sub-assemblies should be bagged or boxed separately to prevent possible damage. All ports must be capped to prevent contamination from entering unit.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. THIS RA# IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS.
